| You Can Help a Child in Ukraine by Making a Connection |

Ukrainian Life Connections is a program dedicated to improving the lives of children in Ukrainian orphanages. Our mission is to expose them to the world outside of the orphanage and beyond Ukraine, through letters and parcels and lots of love.
Primary emphases will be placed upon communication, scholastic achievement and the learning of life skills. All children need future life skills, but these children especially need skills and counsel to prepare them for life outside the orphanage.
We believe that strong relationships with adults can be crucial in helping with this preparation. Adults who care, who have time and attention to give, and who are brave enough to submit to a humble struggle towards changing a small but important corner of the world.

A $15 per month donation ($180 per year) defrays all of the costs of translating letters from English to Ukrainian and from Ukrainian to English, as well as costs for a Ukrainian representative to travel from Kiev to the Orphanage and back. Any of the $180 not spent for these costs will become an outright donation to the Orphanage to spend on a program benefitting the school.
Please Note: While the $15 per month will defray the cost of one letter to and from Ukraine, it cannot be gauranteed that you will receive a letter and photograph of your chosen child every month. However, every effort will be made to continue monthly trips to the school, where our representative will take as many photos as possible and accept all letters from children for sponsors. In the event you do not receive a letter or photograph in any given month, your $15 will be considered as an outright donation to the Ukrainian Orphanage.
The more time and effort YOU put into establishing relationships with individual children, the more response you will probably receive in return!

Ukrainian Life Connections is proud to work in partnership with Orphans Hope Foundation. OHF is a non-profit charitable organization based in Ayer, Massachusetts.
